1. General conditions for participation

The Organizer of this Promotion is Crema, who is registered at S.L. Calle de Ulises, 108, 1C, 28043 Madrid. The Administrator of this Promotion is 1minus1, 124 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX.

1. This Promotion will be governed by these terms and conditions. By means of clicking ‘I have read and accept’ of the terms and conditions to enter this Promotion, entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2. X (formerly known as Twitter) will be henceforth referred to as the Platforms.

3. This Promotion is open to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada, aged 18 and over only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer, their respective parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion. Residents of other countries are not eligible to participate due to logistical limitations.

– This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary

5. One (1) entry in total per individual and per email address are permitted.

6. In case of non-compliance with any of these rules or any behavior that is considered defamatory, offensive, or illegal, the Organizer reserves the right to reject the entrant from the Promotion.

7. The Organizer takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

8. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy. Your information will only be used for other purposes if you gave your consent.

9. The Promotion is in no way organized, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Platforms where the Promotion is hosted or operated on. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer, and not to the Platforms. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer privacy policy. The Platforms are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Organizer and not to the Platforms.

10. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Any potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

2. Promotion details:

1. The Promotion starts at 8am on the 5th of December 2024 GMT+2 and closes at 11:59pm on the 20th of December 2024 GMT+2.

2. To enter the Promotion, entrants will need to go to the @PlayTemtem X (formerly known as Twitter) channel, and enter via the defined entry requirements within the applicable Promotion Start Date and Closing Date. There is one (1) way to enter in total.

3. The entry instructions are:
– Follow (or already be following) the @PlayTemtem X account on the Platform;
– Repost the post posted by the Organizer on the Relevant Account
– Complete a level on Temtem: Swarm as Oree and upload proof(a screenshot or video clip) to the specified post on X (formerly known as Twitter) of yourself finishing the level as Oree. If you choose to play in co-op, these players must also play as Oree.
– All players must play as Oree. Entrees where it is not clear that all players entered as Oree will not be valid.
– Each entree will be considered an individual entrant and must fulfill the entry requirements individually.
– Ensure that your Platform account privacy settings are set to permit the Promoter to contact you in the event that you are selected as a winner of the Prize. If we are unable to contact you due to restrictions to your account privacy settings the Promoter reserves the right for an alternative winner to be selected.
– Entrants are only allowed one entry to the Competition from their Platform account and any further entries received from the same Platform account will not be entered into the Competition.

3. Selection of Winners and Prizes:

1. There will be one (1) Winner in total. The Winner of the Promotion will be randomly selected from all the valid entries received.

2. The Winner will be announced on the @Playtemtem Social Media Page with their X username no later than 28 days after the closing date of the Promotion. The Winner will also be informed that they have won by the Organizer via email, using the email address they have provided.

3. The Winner may be requested to provide further personal data in order for the Organizer to contact them. In the event the e-mail is returned as undeliverable, the recipient takes longer than 48 hours to respond to the email, the Winner is not a resident of the UK, USA, Canada or Europe, or a Winner declines a Prize, the relevant entry will be disqualified and a new Winner will be randomly chosen. The Organizer will fulfill shipment of the Prize and will contact the Winners to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the Prize within a time period determined by the Organizer. Shipment will be fulfilled once the product has been manufactured and will be within six (6) months of the completion of the sweepstakes.

4. The Promotion Winner will receive one (1) Temtem plushie (pre-determined by the Organizer and Administrator).
– The RRP value of the Temtem plushie is $29.99 US Dollars.

5. No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable.

6. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description.

By entering the Promotion, the entrant grants the Organizer the right to contact them regarding their submission. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to the Organizer collecting and using their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Organizer’s privacy policy at [https://crema.gg/privacy-policy/].

The Organizer and Administrator may transfer your personal information to affiliated companies outside of their countries of operation. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to: (i) have accepted these Terms and Conditions; (ii) warrant that any information you submit is accurate and relates only to yourself and (iii) if you are a Winner, you agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Organizer or Administrator including the publication of your name, photograph, and a testimonial by you, in various media including on the Internet.

5. Limitations of Liability:

The Organizer, the Administrator and any of their subsidiaries, and their agents are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided this is done before the relevant closing date.

6. Governing law:

These Promotion terms and conditions will be governed by English law.

7. Recourse to the courts is hereby waived.
